Early morning crash sends several people to hospital

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

A car crash in Kansas City sent several people to the hospital just before 4 a.m. Saturday.

The wreck happened on U.S. Highway 71, near the Interstate 670 off-ramp.

Authorities shut down all lanes of Highway 71 for about two hours, but the road was re-opened about 6 a.m.
