1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz Honey Cider Syrup (equal parts honey and apple cider cooked down with mulling spices)
1 1/2 oz Samogon
Add ingredients to a footed mug and top with hot water. Stir and garnish with grated nutmeg.
*For the non-alcoholic version, use 2 oz honey cider syrup to 1 oz lemon juice, topped with hot water
