KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -

A man and a woman were taken into custody after a high speed chase in KCK Tuesday afternoon.

The chase began about 2:30 p.m. and ended just before 3 p.m. at Ninth and Oakland streets.

Speeds reportedly reached up to 80 mph. Police officers rammed the suspect vehicle and Chopper5 caught the action.

No word on why the suspects were being chase.
