Couple escapes early morning house fire

OLATHE, KS (KCTV) -

An Olathe couple managed to escape an early morning house fire Monday.

It happened just before midnight at a home on 128th Terrace and Pflumm Road.

Firefighters said the couple got out before the fire spread, but were still looking for a dog and cat that were inside.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
