FAIRWAY, KS (KCTV) -

It's going to be a holiday to remember for the holder of a single ticket sold in Kansas that won an estimated $50 million jackpot in Wednesday night's Powerball drawing.

The lucky ticket was sold in northeast Kansas and matched all numbers: 5-8-20-23-30 Powerball 3.

The cash option for the prize is an estimated $32.679 million.

The Kansas Lottery urges all players with Powerball tickets from last night to check their tickets right away.

The holder of the winning jackpot ticket should sign the ticket immediately and put it in a safe place until the ticket is claimed. The winner may want to consult with an attorney and financial adviser before claiming the ticket.

Among the decisions the winner will have to make is whether to take the jackpot prize as an annuity paid out for 29 years or a cash lump sum.

The Powerball jackpot returns to an estimated $40 million for Saturday's drawing.
