Dump truck collides with fire truck on I-435

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

A dump truck collided with a Kansas City fire truck on Interstate 435 Thursday morning and caused quite a back up.

The wreck happened about 10:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the interstate near Eastwood Trafficway.

The fire truck was headed to a call about a fuel leak at the time of the accident.

One person suffered minor injuries.
