Wellsville man dies in Franklin County motorcycle wreck

WELLSVILLE, KS (KCTV) -

A 48-year old Wellsville, KS, man died early Sunday morning after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed.

It wreck happened at about 7:30 a.m. on southbound Vermont Road near Thomas Road just north of Wellsville Elementary School.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Department says Charles Hale died at the scene after he lost control of his 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle.
