Independence woman killed in crash

INDEPENDENCE, MO (KCTV) -

Police are investigating a deadly two-car crash that claimed the life of a 22-year-old Independence woman.

The wreck happened shortly after 6 p.m. Friday near U.S. 24 and the Missouri 291 Frontage Road.

Police identified the driver killed as Reanna White. She was heading south when her car was struck by a westbound vehicle.

So far no charges are being filed in connection to the crash but an investigation is underway.
