Willoughby Police Department honors a fallen officer

Posted: Updated:
WILLOUGHBY, OH (WOIO) -

The Willoughby Police Department will remember fallen officer, Jason Gresko in another special way.

The city of Willoughby paid to outfit all marked cruisers with special decals.

The decals were purchased to remember Gresko, an officer killed in the line of duty.

Officer Jason Gresko died in a car accident in September while responding to an emergency call.

Dispatcher Sue Schilling designed the decals which were put on the police cruisers earlier this week.

The act was invaluable and the cost was less than $100.
