NEW YORK (CNN) - A nanny accused of fatally stabbing two
young children left in her care has been indicted by a grand jury.
Yoselyn Ortega, 50, is facing first and second degree murder
charges for the deaths of 6-year-old Lucria Krim and her 2-year-old brother
Leo.
Police said Lucria and Leo's mother returned to the family's
Upper West Side apartment in late October and found them dead in the bathroom.
She later witnessed Ortega stabbing herself.
Ortega had been a nanny with the Krim family for about two
years.
