Fred Brown

JACKSON COUNTY, MO (KCTV) -

Fred Brown is wanted on a Missouri parole violation warrant for statutory sodomy.

The original offense occurred in Richland, MO, in 2006 and involved the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl.

His last known address was in the downtown area of Kansas City, but his current location is unknown.

Brown has numerous tattoos and is missing a finger on his left hand.

He is known to be violent and should be considered dangerous.

Brown is also registered sex offender in Jackson County.
