Police use iPad to help track stolen pickup in Northland

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police tracked a stolen pickup in the Northland with the help of an iPad inside the vehicle.

The truck was reported stolen about 6:40 a.m. Thursday from a home in the 4400 block of North Antioch.

Authorities followed the truck through the metro until the man jumped out of the vehicle about 7:35 a.m. near East 66th Terrace and Troost Avenue.

Police are still searching for the driver.
