Victim suffers critical injuries after being shot several times

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

A man is suffering from critical injuries after being shot several times Wednesday night.

The shooting was reported about 7:20 p.m. in the area of 56th Street and Woodland Avenue.

Little is known about what lead up to the shooting, but police said they are looking for a black male suspect with dreadlocks who was last seen in a red and black hoodie.
