OLATHE, KS (KCTV) -
A judge sentenced a Johnson County man to 283 months in prison for killing his wife.
Dominic Camacho, 37, entered a no contest plea March 13 to second-degree murder in the death of his wife, Leslie Camacho.
She was found dead inside the couple's Lenexa home on West 94th Place near Gillette Street last March. Family members called police because they had not heard from the couple.
The two were in the process of divorcing at the time of the murder.
Leslie Camacho, 35, worked at the University of Kansas Hospital's Cancer Center. She processed outpatient registrations in breast imaging.
