Ingredients:
8 oz Sauted or Grilled Eggplant
3 oz fresh fine diced Onion
2 oz fresh tomato
1 1/2 oz fine diced Cilantro
1 1/2 oz fine diced Parsley
1/2 oz sated fresh Pin nut
1 Table spoon fresh lemon Juice
1 diced fresh Garlic
1 tea spoon Sumac Spices
1 tea spoon or pinch of salt
1 tea spoon of black pepper or pinch
1 1/2 oz of olive oil
full pita chips
Dice or mash the sauteed Eggplant mix with Cilantro, Parsley, Onion, Garlic, & Tomato, mix all together. Gently with hand so you can deliver love with your hand then add the salt, black pepper, & sumac. Mix again gently then put on the top of Pita chips. Squeeze lemon on the top, and add olive oil then it should be great
