KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -
A third person has been charged in a home invasion that ended in murder.
Chuansae Paul, 24, is charged with second-degree murder and attempted robbery.
Witnesses told police several men with hoodies and guns invaded the home in the 2900 block of Highland on May 25, 2011.
Police say Paul was one of three people who broke into the home and escorted Anthony Rose to an upstairs bedroom, demanding to know where he hid drugs.
Prosecutors say the men pistol whipped Rose before shooting him in the head.
Two others have already pleaded guilty in the case.
