Autumn Quinoa (single serve recipe)

Step one: In a pan heat oil slightly, sautee onion and sweet potatoes
Step two: Add ingredients 3-5, sautee and season with salt and pepper
Step three: Deglase with dash of wine add kale and wilt
Step four: Add quinoa and dash vegetable stock, heat and check seasoning.
Step five: Garnish with ingredients 10-12, serve immediately
