Pedestrian injured after struck by car near Prospect, Swope

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police are investigating after a pedestrian was injured after being struck by a car.

The accident happened just before 8 a.m. Monday near the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Swope Parkway.

Police said the pedestrian's injuries were considered minor.

No other details have been released.
