Police are investigating a homicide after they said one person was found shot.
Police were called to the area of 43rd Street and Parallel Parkway about 12:15 p.m. on reports of a rolling gun battle with multiple shots fired between two vehicles.
Officers got to the area and approached one car believed to be involved where they found a man in his 30s lying on the ground suffering critical injuries from gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Bullet holes and a shot out window were visible in the car that police towed away from the scene.
