KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -
One man is thankful to be OK Thursday morning after some scary moments on Interstate 35, but his classic car isn't doing as well.
The man was driving a 1963 Bentley heading north on I-35 near Roe Boulevard about 2:15 a.m. when he noticed smoke coming from under the hood.
He pulled over, but before he could get to the fire extinguisher the car was engulfed in flames. Authorities think something in the ignition may have malfunctioned.
Firefighters arrived within minutes and put out the fire.
No one was injured.
