Semi overturns, shuts down WB I-70 exit near Independence

INDEPENDENCE, MO (KCTV) -

Authorities are working to clear an accident involving a semi near Independence.

Westbound I-70 to southbound I-470 is closed after a tractor trailer rolled over about 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Minor injuries have been reported.

Officials believe the scene will be cleared about 10 a.m.
