No one hurt in late night KCMO house fire

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

No injuries were reported in a late night house fire in Kansas City.

A Kansas City police officer was driving in the area of East 59th Street and Park Avenue about 11:15 p.m. Saturday night and noticed flames coming from a house.

The officer called in the fire and when fire crews arrived, the house was fully involved.

According to a resident of the house, there had been a small electrical fire in the kitchen earlier that day.

The fire remains under investigation.
