Troopers search for fleeing suspects after chase, crash in Platte County

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Two people are on the run after a chase with the Missouri State Highway Patrol after they ran into a family's garage.

The chase started with a traffic stop, but the car did not stop so troopers followed the car until it crashed into a home near Northwest 64th Street and North London Drive about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday.

Troopers said three suspects were in the car at the time. All three ran from the car, but troopers caught up with one in the woods nearby.
