Two separate non-injury accidents have shut down all lanes of westbound Interstate 70 near Sweet Springs, MO.
Both accidents involved semi tractor-trailers about 7 a.m. Monday, the Missouri Highway Patrol said.
The highway patrol says one of the tractor-trailers was carrying coal and overturned. The coal blocked the left lane of westbound I-70.
Crews are at the scene cleaning up the coal, but it is expected the freeway will be closed at least until 10 a.m.
