Police identify woman killed outside Kansas City McDonald's

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police are searching for the killer of a woman fatally wounded outside a Kansas City McDonald's.

Authorities identified the woman as 22-year-old Krystal D. Robinson, of Kansas City, MO.

Robinson was found in the backseat of a vehicle at 18th Street and Charlotte Avenue. Police said she had been shot at 31st Street and Van Brunt Boulevard.

Witnesses said a dark green pickup pulled up next to Robinson's vehicle and one of the three men inside shot her. Police don't know whether she was the intended target.

The shooting occurred just after midnight Saturday.
