Kansas City, KS, man gets life in prison for child rape

KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -

A KCK man will spend the rest of his life in prison for child sex crimes.

Kenneth Billings, 51, was sentenced to 80 years in prison with no parole under "Jessica's law," a Kansas statute for sex offenders who victimize children.

Billings was convicted in August on four counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and two counts of child rape.

Authorities said the crimes were committed between 2006 and 2010.
