A 33-year-old Claycomo man was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday for receiving child pornography over the internet.
Jason Romdall was charged in a two-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Kansas City.
Romdall allegedly received child pornography on March 26. He also was charged with being in possession of child pornography, in addition to the first count, on March 28.
The federal indictment also contained a forfeiture allegation, which requires Romdall to forfeit to the government any property used to commit the alleged crimes, including a cell phone.
