CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police have released dash cam video of a chase that involved a cab driving being stuffed in a trunk.

Officers say Charles Black, 30, stuffed the driver of a Westside Cab in the trunk of the cab and drove around all day, eluding the police.

"They suspect that something happened before they put him in the trunk," said Ayana Basha, who started with the cab company six months ago. Basha says he might have been passed out before he was put in the trunk.

After a long chase involving more than nine officers, police used K9s to search an area on Center Hill Avenue near Mill Creek until they located Black.

Black was arrested and the unidentified cab driver was found in the trunk of the cab, dehydrated and disoriented.

The cab driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Black was booked into the Hamilton County jail on robbery and kidnapping charges. His bond was set at $1.5 million on Monday. Black has been in and out of prison five times in the last nine years and just got out of prison last week.
