KC family gets $58,000 from city after water main breaks

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

A Kansas City family is getting $58,000 from the city.

Three water main breaks damaged a home at 56th Terrace and Eastern Avenue. Some of the damage included water rushing into their basement.

The City Council voted to approve the settlement Thursday.
