A motorcycle rider is in the hospital after he was knocked from his bike and dragged down the street.
The crash happened at Ninth Street and Prospect Avenue.
Police said the rider was traveling west on Ninth when blew a red light and hit a semi-trailer. They said he was knocked off his bike and dragged a short distance.
Officials expect the motorcycle rider to survive from his injuries.
