GLADSTONE, MO (KCTV) -
The deaths of two people at a Gladstone apartment on Sunday has been ruled a murder-suicide by the medical examiner's office, police said Monday.
The bodies of Anthony and Christine Niccoli, both 52, were discovered at the Gladstone Meadows Apartments in the 6900 block of North Park Avenue.
Police haven't said how the couple died, but did say that the victims had "mutual health concerns."
Authorities began the investigation Sunday after they were called to the complex. Investigators spent the overnight hours at the apartment looking for clues.
This is the city's third death investigation in the last week.
A 52-year-old woman was found dead in the woods behind her apartment last week. Police say the woman, Nancy Bowman, lived at the Mountain View apartments near 61st Street and Bircain Place. Click here to read more on this investigation.
Police are still looking for suspects in that case.
