Police seek clues after man shot, killed near 23rd, Denver

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police are investigating the city's latest homicide after a man was found shot and killed Wednesday night.

Officers were called just before 10 p.m. to East 23nd Street and Denver Avenue on an ambulance call.

When police arrived, a man in his 20s was found shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police do not have any suspects and have few other details to go on.

Authorities are urging anyone who might know anything about the shooting to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
