Liberty officials said the call of a deadly fall at the RR Donnelley plant, located just off of U.S. Highway 69 on Heartland Drive, came in at 12:36 p.m.

Police said a 64-year-old Ray County man fell 15 feet to a concrete floor from an extended scissor lift inside the business.
