Wanted: Francisco Monge

LENEXA, KS (KCTV) -

Francisco Monge was shown on the KCTV5 Sex Offenders page in December 2011. He has not been located and is still a wanted fugitive.

Monge is wanted on a Johnson County, KS warrant for rape of a child. The original offense occurred in Johnson County during 2011 and involved the sexual assault of a female less than 14 years of age.

His last known address was in Lenexa, KS, but his current whereabouts are unknown.

Monge is not currently a registered sex offender.
