Envelope with white powder creates issue at KCK federal courthouse

KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -

Hazardous materials crews investigated a suspicious package Monday at the federal courthouse in downtown KCK.

An envelope containing white powder drew the attention of authorities about noon Monday. The envelope checked out OK and the FBI is now investigating.

The building was not evacuated.
