Customer Care / Sales & Service Representatives

Responsibilities
Our Sales and Service Representatives are energetic, reliable, and professional self starters who care for our diverse group of customers by taking a wide range of inbound calls to resolve inquiries and educate the customer regarding their credit accounts. As a critical and essential part of their jobs, representatives must upsale to our eligible customer's different product offerings. They are required to meet an established monthly goal based on percentage of sales, productivity and call quality. In addition, our representatives:
  • Update and document account information and records
  • Follow established guidelines for quality and productivity
  • Authorize/decline purchases based on the customer's financial profile.
  • Open new credit card accounts for eligible customers
  • In effort to create loyal customer relationships, our representatives must display enthusiasm and dedication to each call while meeting customer's needs in an appropriate manner of time.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common Proficient in MS Windows/Outlook
  • Good verbal communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while speaking with customers
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proven decision making ability
  • Ability to input and interpret data
  • This is a call center position. It is imperative that you be comfortable sitting for most of an 8 hour shift.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENT FOR SALES & SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES: Weekly hours 40 and available Sunday-Saturday. Shift assignment will be between 1:30pm-12:00AM CT. Every Monday required and on key dates with advanced notice. Every other Saturday required and one Sunday per month.

****Alliance Data pays an additional $1 per hour Shift Differential for any hours worked after 5PM weekly and any hours worked on the weekend. (*Minimum of 30 minutes must be worked during these times to receive Shift Differential.)

Collections - Customer Retention Associates - Full Time

Location: Lenexa, KS, US

Responsibilities

Our Customer Retention Associates (Autodial Collector Associates) are self-motivated, reliable negotiation experts who care for our customers as well as our company. They contact customers through an automated dialing system and are responsible for securing payment on accounts that are typically between one and three months past due.

As a critical and essential part of their job, associates must be adaptable, assertive, dependable and persistent in order to successfully negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.

These individuals are responsible for securing payment arrangements with customers by phone and bringing delinquent accounts current. They are required to meet established goals to ensure success in helping our customers resolve their delinquency including call quality and productivity measures. Associates are eligible to earn incentive based on excellent job performance.

In addition, our associates must maintain adherence to the law and outstanding attendance at all times.

    Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate in a respectful and assertive manner
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while speaking with customers
  • Proven decision making ability
  • Stable work history
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Windows/Outlook; ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Ability to input and interpret data
  • Call center and/or sales experience preferred

Schedule Requirements:

This is position is a Full Time, entry level position with 35-40 hours per week, available every Sunday 7 AM - 2PM, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 7 AM - 12 PM or 4PM - 9PM, Friday, 7 AM - 12PM or 2 PM - 7PM.

(Training will be 40 hours per week for two weeks)

Alliance Data pays an additional $1 per hour shift differential for hours worked after 5PM Monday - Friday and any hours worked on the weekend. (Minimum of 30 minutes during these times must be worked to be eligible for the shift differential.)

****This is a call center position. It is imperative that you be comfortable sitting for most of a 5-7 hour shift.

Our Customer Retention Associates have the potential for growth opportunities into a 40 hour per week position working later stage collections accounts.
