Baker University has launched a new Bachelor of Business Administration program to be offered during daytime hours at its Overland Park and Wichita campuses, starting Aug. 24.
Students who take two or three seven-week courses at a time can complete the program within 24 months. The Baker program is designed for working adults. The Bachelor of Business Administration courses, which provide comprehensive understanding of all business aspects, are also available in the evenings and online.
Upon completion of the program, the BBA graduate should be able to: demonstrate knowledge of managerial functions and organizational resources for efficient business management; apply technology to enhance organizational efficiency; collect and analyze data to help solve business problems; analyze global market opportunities and their influence on strategic marketing decisions; develop legal and ethical strategic plans that align with an organization's mission; and communicate effectively in writing and orally.
