KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -

The Wyandotte County district attorney Monday filed charges in connection with a standoff Saturday.

The incident with police occurred in the vicinity of 78th Street and Armstrong Avenue in Kansas City, KS.

The district attorney said Larry E. Miller, 30, was charged with one count of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and three counts of aggravated assault as a result of the standoff and earlier pursuit in which a KCK police officer was shot at, but not injured.

Miller is in the Wyandotte County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
