KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -
Police may have a new lead in the murder of a hotel clerk.
Kassandra Peters, 24, was shot and killed while working at the Travelers Inn at 31st Street and White Avenue on June 10.
Peters' mother said she was working at the hotel while she worked to become a nurse's aid.
Tuesday, police released some surveillance pictures. Investigators said the people in the pictures are not suspects, but could have information about Peters' murder.
Police said both of the subjects in the pictures have been identified and have already been in contact with authorities.
