Motorcyclist killed in Lee's Summit wreck

LEE'S SUMMIT, MO -

A man involved in a late-night motorcycle crash has died.

The wreck happened about 10:45 p.m. Thursday in Lee's Summit, MO, on Missouri Highway 350 and Colbern Road.

Jeffrey Cook, 49, was on his motorcycle traveling westbound when police said he first hit a car traveling the same direction and then another car in the left westbound lane. Cook was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
