Police searching for man with manslaughter warrant who fled from police

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Police are looking for a man they said has a warrant out for his arrest and ran away from officers Friday morning.

They said Willard Foster, 34, is about 6' tall and 200 pounds.

Police said Foster has a Jackson County warrant out for manslaughter and ran from police Friday in the area of 69th Street and Bellefontaine Avenue.

Anyone with information about Foster's whereabouts is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
