A Litchfield Park man has been sentenced for sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl after responding to a babysitter ad on Craigslist.
Judge Pamela Gates sentenced Lee Charles Lubonne to six years of probation for child abuse and three years of probation for child prostitution. The counts will run concurrent, according to court officials.
Lubonne had pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Lubonne was taken into custody May 20, 2012 and held without bond on suspicion of sexual assault, kidnapping and sexual abuse.
County sheriff's officials say a 33-year-old woman called 911 claiming Lubonne kidnapped and sexually assaulted her in his home May 19.
The woman told authorities that she was contacted through the internet by Lubonne, who was seeking her professional services as a photographer.
She claims she was drugged, forcibly undressed and sexually assaulted.
During the investigation, detectives linked Lubonne to another case where a 15-year-old girl had posted an ad on Craigslist looking for a babysitting job. According to the police report, Lubonne threatened her with a knife and sexually assaulted her.
Deputies served a search warrant on Lubonne's home and seized items including online profiles of women from social networking websites.
