LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Four men have made serious allegations against Las Vegas entertainer Roy Horn of Siegfried and Roy. FOX5 has obtained a copy of a lawsuit filed against Horn, accusing him of abusing his caretakers.

The attorney for the caretakers said there are several videos of Roy engaging in gross sexual misconduct.

"It's probably some of the most graphic things that you'll see in terms of evidence as an attorney," said Andrew Rempfer, who represents the four men who worked for Siegfried and Roy at various times between 2006 and 2010.

Their role was to be caretakers for Horn, who was mauled by a tiger in 2003. In a lawsuit filed in March 2011, the workers claim they were "sexually harassed, assaulted and battered" by Horn, and all of it was recorded on video surveillance inside the magic duo's Las Vegas home.

"It's almost unbelievable at first when you hear about it, but then when you see it, it's quite shocking," said Rempfer, who has the video evidence in his office.

He would not show us the video because of its graphic nature, but the lawsuit cites multiple incidents that include groping of genitals, nipples and verbal requests for sexual favors - all of which, Rempfer said, were repeated, violent and unwelcome.

Our attempts to contact Horn's attorney have been unsuccessful at this point. Horn has been making a noticeable recovery since the tiger attack. FOX5 was there as Siegfried and Roy unveiled a postage stamp during a news conference in April. Horn was able to stand on his own, and the lawsuit contends that he still has full strength in his right arm.

"The public portrayal of him differs substantially from what you see documented in the video tape - in his daily interactions," Rempfer said.

Rempfer said he never wanted this case to be in the public eye, but after TMZ reported that a video was up for sale, the entertainment website stated that Horn's legal team demanded the video be turned over.

Rempfer said that video isn't coming from any of his clients.

What he wants is to hear Horn's side of the story.

"He has to defend himself from the allegations, and they're going to be open to the public at some point," he said.

The four caretakers are suing for damages related to physical and mental abuse. Siegfried Fischbacher is also named in the lawsuit, but Rempfer said his actual involvement will be uncovered as the case proceeds.
