Police attempting to locate suspect in Leavenworth shooting

LEAVENWORTH, KS (KCTV) -

Police are investigating a shooting in Leavenworth.

Authorities say the shooting happened about 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of North Broadway.

The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder and at last check was listed in serious but stable condition.

No one is in custody right now, but police are attempting to locate a suspect. Investigators are not releasing a description of the suspect at this time.
