KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -
Traffic was slow with a lengthy backup during Tuesday morning's rush hour after two six-vehicle accidents across the metro.
The first wreck happened shortly before 7 a.m. Tuesday on westbound Interstate 435 just before the 103rd Street exit. One person was injured in this six-car pile up, including one vehicle that overturned.
The extent of person's injuries are unknown at this time.
Kansas City, MO, police also investigated another six-vehicle accident that happened about 7:30 a.m. on southbound I-35 at Chouteau Trafficway in theNorthland.
There were no serious injuries in the accident.
