WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) -
Reginald Miller, who has been arrested 63 times since 1976, was arrested again Monday on forgery charges.
Windsor police said Miller was arrested after an investigation into an attempt to cash a counterfeit check at a local bank.
Police believe Miller is part of an alleged Hartford-area counterfeit check-cashing ring.
Police said he supplied the counterfeit check to a person who tried to cash the check at the bank.
That person was also arrested, police said.
He's been charged with second-degree forgery, second-degree conspiracy to commit forgery, and fifth-degree larceny.
