KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

A family is concerned for the safety of a missing man who suffers from several mental disorders, police said Wednesday.

Carlos E. Shaver, 34, was last seen on Monday about noon near East 63rd Street and Troost Avenue.

According to police, Shaver likes hanging around the Landing Shopping Center area and McDonalds.

If anyone locates him, they are asked to notify the police department's Missing Persons unit at 816-234-5136.
