OLATHE, KS (KCTV) -

Two Olathe schools were on lockdown Monday morning, Olathe police said.

Olathe Police Sgt. Grant Allen said officers were dealing with a suicidal call about around 11:30 a.m. Monday at a home near West 141st Street and South Brougham Drive, which is just west of Black Bob Road.

The residence is just west of the Olathe School District headquarters.

As a precaution the district did not allow children to go out, or people to come into, nearby Frontier Trail Middle School and Briarwood Elementary School.

A daycare, Harmony Early Childhood, was also affected.

The incident ended peacefully around 12:25 p.m.

It was unknown of the exact time period the schools were on lockdown.
