Salvation Army aiding police searching for missing baby

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Salvation Army workers are supporting the dozens of area law enforcement officers desperately searching for a missing 10-month-old baby.

The organization is providing meals, snacks and drinks to officers searching for missing Lisa Irwin.

"We have been on the scene with police all day and are prepared to stay….as long as the search goes on," said Dee Smith, emergency disaster services director for the Salvation Army.
