KCTV 5Wanted: Daniel Hoffman

Daniel Hoffman is wanted on a Leavenworth County, Kan., warrant in connection with the violation of the sex offender registration act, police said.
Police said Hoffman failed to report his current address to authorities. His original crime of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, happened in 2004 in Leavenworth County and involved a girl under 16, police said.
Hoffman's last-known address was in Leavenworth, Kan., but his current whereabouts are unknown.
